Oriental Spinach Salad Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Water chestnuts - sliced | |
| 1 | Bean sprouts - drained | |
| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Bacon - fried and crumbled |
| Dressing | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | White vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Med. Onion |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Ketchup |
| Garnish | ||
| 2 | Hard boiled eggs - sliced |
Blend dressing one day in advance.
Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
Garnish with sliced eggs.
