Oriental Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Broccoli florets |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cooked spaghetti - (3 ounces uncooked) |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Thinly sliced red bell pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dark sesame oil |
Steam broccoli, covered, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse under cold water.
Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill.
NOTES : I love to cook with 10 ingredients or less, so I enjoy this recipe. I make sure not to substitute anything for the dark sesame oil because it gives the salad a distinct flavor. -- Mary Litzinger, Cincinnati, Ohio.
