Orange-And-Avocado Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Tightly packed torn curly leaf lettuce |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Fresh orange sections (3 large) |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Avocado - peeled, chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot pepper sauce |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently to mix.
Combine sugar and the next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.
Pour over salad; toss gently to coat.
