New England Oyster House Cole Slaw Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | White vinegar | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed | 
Blend ingredients thoroughly and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
Use 1 cup of dressing for each 8 ounces of shredded cabbage, about 1/2 a small head or 2 cups.
This may be refrigerated for up to a month.
