Nana's Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 teaspoons | 40ml | Red potatoes (to 10) (medium) | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Italian Dressing | 
| 1 | Red onion - finely chopped | |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - chopped | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Tarragon vinegar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed | 
| Seasoned salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Water | 
| Mayonnaise | ||
| Paprika | ||
| Egg slices | 
Boil potatoes. When cool, skin then dice. Sprinkle potatoes with Italian dressing; stir to coat.
Add red onion, parsley, tarragon vinegar, celery seed, seasoned salt, pepper, water, and mayonnaise (as needed for desired consistency).
Garnish with paprika and egg slices.
