6 tablespoons | 90ml | Oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 | Egg yolk | |
2 | Worcestershire | |
2 | Tabasco sauce | |

Pepper |
Peel and bruise garlic clove. Rub a wooden bowl with garlic.
Mince garlic finely. Beat oil and vinegar.
Add mustard and beat well. Add Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces and beat well.
Mix greens and veggies of your choice; lettuce, onions, mushrooms, croutons, etc.
Pour dressing over salad just before serving and toss.
