2 | Garlic cloves - finely chopped | |
4 | Ripe tomatoes | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cilantro fresh - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
Black olives for garnish | ||
Dressing | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Harissa* |
Salt and freshly ground pepper |

Combine salad ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
