| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cilantro fresh - chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
| Black olives for garnish | ||
| Dressing | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Harissa* |
| Salt and freshly ground pepper |

Combine salad ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
