Mom's Macaroni Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Elbow noodles |
1 | Celery - chopped | |
1/2 | Cucumber - chopped | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Light canola |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry parsley |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool, and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the celery and cucumber. Add the mayonnaise and other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Serve cold.
