Molded Vegetable Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Orange gelatin - diet or low-cal | |
2 cups | 474ml | Boiling water |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | White cabbage - chopped |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Carrots - shredded |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - finely chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery seeds |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until consistency of egg white.
Fold in vegetables and celery seeds.
Pour in 1 quart mold and refrigerate until firm.
