Molded Jell-O Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | Crushed pineapple |
One lemon - juice of | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Cottage cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream- whipped |
1 | Lime Jell-O |
Dissolve Jell-O in one cup of hot water.
Combine remaining ingredients except cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Place in refrigerator.
When thick, add the cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Return to refrigerator until set.
