Mixed Green Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic - minced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Vegetable oil |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 | Red onion - thinly sliced (small) | |
10 cups | 400g / 14oz | Watercress - red-leaf lettuce |
And Belgian endive - bite-size |
Combine vinegar, garlic and mustard in mixing bowl. Blend well.
Add oil and salt and pepper to taste; blend well with a wire whisk.
Place onion rings and salad greens in a bowl and toss well with dressing.
