1/2 | Iceberg lettuce | |
1/2 | Boston lettuce | |
1/2 | Chicory | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Spinach |
1/2 | Romaine lettuce | |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Low-cal Italian dressing |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parmesan cheese |
Rinse and crisp the salad greens. Break iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces. Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel. Place in large plastic bag.
Add 1 tbs Italian dressing. Shake lightly until all leaves are covered. Place in strip on medium platter or plate. Repeat with each green.
Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
