Mary's Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Eggs - hard boiled (medium) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard |
Seasoned salt, to taste |
In a bowl, mash the eggs with a fork to a slightly-chunky consistency.
Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well with the fork.
Add the seasoned salt to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon and mix well.
Variations: add diced celery, onions, Anaheim peppers, pimento or black or green olives.
Makes 3 sandwiches.
