1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ripe avocado (large) |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pimento - seeded, finely |

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Peel, pit and mash avocado; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Makes about a cup.
We like to put a little chopped fresh onion in our guacamole too.
