2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Tomato wedges - peeled |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Radishes - sliced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion - thinly sliced (medium) |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - cut in crescents |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cucumber - chunks |
Dietetic Italian dressings |
Combine all vegetables in salad bowl.
Pour Italian dressing over.
Refrigerate overnight.
