Marinated Slaw - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Cabbage | |
| 1 | Sweet onion - chopped (large) | |
| 1 | Green bell pepper - chopped (large) | |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar DRESSING | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Oil | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery seed | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard | 
Shred the cabbage and arrange it in layers with the onion and green pepper.
Pour the sugar on top.
FOR THE DRESSING:
Bring the dressing ingredients to a rolling boil and pour over the law.
Do not stir.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Toss before serving.
