1 | Can French-style green beans - drained | |
1 | Pimento - chopped | |
2 | Onions - sliced & (small) separated into rings | |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1 | Shoe peg corn - drained | |
1 | Tender green peas - drained | |
Dressing | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
DRESSING: In a small saucepan, mix above ingredients.
Bring to boil; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over vegetable mixture.
