Marinated Orange-Strawberry Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Orange sections | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Sliced fresh strawberries | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground pepper | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil | 
| 3 cups | 120g / 4.2oz | Tightly packed torn leaf lettuce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pine nuts - toasted | 
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently. Let stand 30 minutes.
Add lettuce and pine nuts, tossing gently to coat.
