Marinated Bean Salad - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar |
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Oil |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| Salad Items | ||
| 1 | Yellow beans | |
| 1 | Green beans - drained | |
| 1 | Kidney beans - drained | |
| 1 | Lima beans - drained | |
| 1 | Chick peas - drained | |
| 1 | Green pepper - cut fine | |
| 1 | Red pepper - cut fine | |
| 1 | Spanish onion |
Mix the marinade items and shake well.
Then add the drained beans and the finely cut up ingredients to the marinade.
Let stand in the fridge for a day or two before using.
