Marinated Bean Salad - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Kidney beans - drained | |
1 | Black beans - drained | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
Combine kidney beans, black beans, onion, vinegar, pepper flakes, pepper, cumin and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Toss lightly to mix will. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
