Mango Chutney Chicken Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mango chutney |
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - minced |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion - minced |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 6 cups | 375g / 13oz | Cooked chicken meat - diced |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Toasted pecans - for garnish |
1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, cilantro, green onion, and salt.
2. Toss with chicken and let marinate for 2 to 24 hours. Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
