| 1 | Iceberg lettuce | |
| 1 | Cauliflower - separated | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1 | Green onions | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked - crumbled bacon | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese - grated | 
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar | 
In a 9 x 13 glass dish, layer lettuce, cauliflower, mayonnaise, onions, bacon, and cheese.
Sprinkle with sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Toss before serving
