Macaroni Salad - Confetti Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Salad macaroni - uncooked |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice - bottled |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Salad oil |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion - sliced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Seasoned salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Hot pepper sauce |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green sweet pepper - chopped fine |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrot - shredded |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Tomatoes - chopped up (medium) |
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, green onions and seasonings and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill thoroughly in refrigerator before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers
