Low-Fat Chilled Rice Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Brown rice - cooked |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Carrots - shredded |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pumpkin seeds |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced onion |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Maple syrup |
In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
