Lentil Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Lentils - cooked |
1 | Onion - diced | |
1 | Garlic - pressed | |
3 cups | 711ml | White wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Oil |
2 | Tomato wedges | |
1/2 | Iceberg lettuce - washed |
Combine lentils, onion, garlic, and wine; simmer 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
