| 4 | Potatoes - cook/peel/cube (large) | |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Fresh parsley - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - finely chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1 | Pepper |
Combine ingredients and toss.
Serve warn or chilled.
