1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - diced |
4 | Eggs - hard-boil, sliced | |
1 | Frozen peas - uncooked | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced green pepper |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - diced (medium) |
8 | Bacon - fried, diced | |
2 cups | 474ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
4 oz | 113g | Cheddar cheese - grated |
Layer ingredients in order listed.
Mix the 2 cups mayonnaise and 2 tbs sugar together and spread over the top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
