Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 711mlCabbage - shredded
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCarrots - shredded
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozGreen onions - thinly sliced
6 tablespoons 90mlSour cream
1/4 cup 59mlWine vinegar
3 tablespoons 45mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried dill weed

Recipe Instructions

Combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a bowl. Set aside.

In a small bowl mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard. Stir until well mixed.

Sprinkle the dried dill over the vegetables, pour on the dressing and mix well.

Chill before serving.
