3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Fresh cauliflower - finely chopped |
2 1/2 cups | 365g / 12oz | Fresh broccoli flowerets - finely chopped |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Fresh mushrooms - finely chopped |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh broccoli stalk - finely chopped |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green bell pepper - finely chopped |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Purple onion - finely chopped |
1 | Bot oil-free Italian dressing |
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; add dressing, stirring until well blended.
Serving Ideas : Cover and chill; stir before serving
