Kellie's Fruit Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Green grapes | |
1 | Red or green apple | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mini-marshmallows |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Miracle Whip |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk - (2 to 3) |
Cut the grapes in half and place in large bowl.
Peel and core the apple, then cut it into bite size chunks, mix into bowl. Add the marshmallows to the fruit and mix well.
In a small bowl, mix the Miracle Whip and milk to make a smooth dressing. Pour over the fruit salad in the bowl and toss to cover the salad.
Cover the salad and refrigerate for a couple hours until cold.
This is best eaten on the same day it was made, but it also good the next day.
To make for enough for more than 1 or 2 people, just double or triple the recipe.
