Jeanne's Creamy Potato Salad

6   Potatoes - boiled (medium)
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozEgg-less mayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlDistilled white vinegar
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped (large)
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - chopped
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Paprika (opt)

Recipe Instructions

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

From "The Compassionate Cook." Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.

Sprinkle with paprika on top, if desired.
