Jamaican Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Cabbage - shredded | |
| 1/4 | Carrot - shredded | |
| 1/2 | Walnuts - chopped | |
| 1/2 | Mayonnaise | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry jerk seasoning |
Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.
Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning.
Spoon over cabbage mixture and toss well.
Cover and chill before serving.
