Italian-Cheese Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Salad oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parmesan cheese - grated |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic clove - minced (medium) |
Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until combined.
Chill before serving.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
