Italian Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
5 oz | 142g | Spiral macaroni |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chicken - cooked cutup |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Cherry tomatoes - halved |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Broccoli flowerets |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cucumbers - chopped |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Carrots - thinly sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Italian dressing |
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water.
Mix macaroni with remaining ingredients.
Serve on salad greens if desired.
