| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked am anasazi beans |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cooked spinach noodles |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - chopped (medium) |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bell pepper - chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Am sesame seed |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Am unrefined olive oil |
| 1/8 cup | 29ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Basil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thyme |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sea salt (optional) |
Gently mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Refrigerate until cold and serve. Allowing the mixture to set for an hour before serving will enhance the flavor.
