Indian Cucumber Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Size cucumbers (medium) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried mint leaves |
Peel cucumber, cut in half, discard seeds and slice thinly.
Mix remaining ingredients together, add cucumbers and stir together.
