Hurricane Fruit Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Bananas - sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Orange sections - fresh |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Strawberries - sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh pineapple chunks |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Kiwi fruit - peeled, sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
1 cup | 237ml | Cantaloupe balls |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Dates chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coconut - shredded |
6 | Lettuce leaves |
Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce.
Cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate.
Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
