House Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Red wine vinegar |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 | Tarragon | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
Whisk vinegar into salt, pepper, tarragon and mustard.
Add oils, continuously whisking until dressing is light and fluffy.
This light, tasty salad is a perfect accompaniment to a fish dinner.
