Hot Dutch Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Bacon | |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 | Hard boiled eggs | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | Hot - cubed, cooked potatoes | |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Raw carrot |
Dice bacon and pan fry.
Add onion -- chopped and green pepper.
Cook 3 minutes.
Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and beaten egg.
Cook slightly.
Add cubed potatoes, grated carrot and diced hard-cooked eggs.
Blend and serve hot.
Variation: Add chopped apple with the onion and pepper.
