Hot Chicken Salad - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chopped chicken cooked |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Celery - diced |
3/4 cup | 69g / 2.4oz | Almonds - slivered |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onion - grated |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Water chestnuts - optional |
Mix lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, and add lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Put in a greased or sprayed bread pan and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 375F for 15-20 min.
