Honey-Apricot Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
8 1/4 oz | 234g | Unpeeled apricot halves - drained |
1 cup | 237ml | Dairy sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Salt |
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth.
Chill , if desired.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
