Honey-Apricot Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

8 1/4 oz	234g	Unpeeled apricot halves - drained
1 cup	237ml	Dairy sour cream
1/4 cup	59ml	Honey
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1		Salt

Recipe Instructions

Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth.

Chill , if desired.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.
