Hearts Of Palm Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Whole hearts of palm | |
1 | Sweet green pepper - chopped (small) | |
1 | Sliced pimientos drained | |
1 | Celery stalk - chopped | |
2 | Green onions sliced thin | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh parsley - chopped leaves |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
Lettuce leaves |
Drain the hearts of palm and cut them into bite-size pieces.
Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. Cover, refrigerate overnight.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
