Gumdrop Fruit Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
| 2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Pineapple tidbits - drained |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Seedless grapes |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Miniature marshmallows |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Gumdrops (omit black) - cut fine |
| 1 | Maraschino cherries - cut and drained | |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - chopped |
| Dressing | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Pineapple juice |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vinegar |
FOR THE SALAD:
Whip cream and stir all ingredients together.
Add cooled dressing, and refrigerate overnight.
FOR THE DRESSING:
Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool before adding to the salad.
