Greens With Orange Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Orange |
1 | Salt | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground pepper |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Hazelnut oil |

Separate Leaves | ||
1 | Watercress |
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, orange zest, 1 tbs of water, the salt and pepper. Let the dressing stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the endive and watercress. Drizzle the dressing over the leaves and toss to coat. Divide equally among 4 salad plates and serve.
