Greens with Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
12 cups | 1320g / 46oz | Mixed greens |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Canola oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Liquid honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, honey, salt and pepper.
Pour over greens in salad bowl and toss well.
