Green Salad With Lime Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1		Lime
1/2 cup	118ml	Miracle Whip Light dressing
2 tablespoons	30ml	Milk
1 tablespoon	15ml	Honey
2 cups	80g / 2.8oz	Packed fresh spinach leaves
2 cups	474ml	Packed Boston lettuce
2 cups	474ml	Strawberries - halved
1		Mandarin oranges

Recipe Instructions

Grate rind and squeeze juice from lime. Combine rind, lime juice, dressing, milk and honey.

Cover and chill.

Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl; drizzle with dressing mixture.
