1 | Cut green beans - drained | |
1 | Cut waxed beans - drained | |
1 | Onion - cut in thin slices (medium) | |
1 | Green bell pepper - cut in thin rings | |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cooking oil |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Combine beans, onion, and green pepper. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Marinate for 24 hrs before serving, stirring several times.
