Greek Salad With Peppers Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Tomatoes - chopped | |
1 | English cucumber - chopped | |
1 | Onion - thinly sliced (medium) | |
1 | Pepper - thinly sliced (large) (red, yellow or orange) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Greek olives or black olives |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Feta cheese - crumbled |
Dressing | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Vegetable oil or olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Ground pepper |
Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, peppers, olives and feta cheese in salad bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad.
Toss and serve.
