Gimbel's Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
16 cups | 3792ml | Red potatoes (small) |
2 cups | 474ml | Miracle whip |
8 | Green onion - chopped | |
2 | Celery - minced | |
1 | Pimento pieces | |
8 | Hard cooked eggs - chopped |
Cook potatoes in water until done.
Cool slightly, then peel and slice.
Combine salad dressing in a large bowl with onions, celery, and pimento
Mix well.
Add potatoes and eggs and mix gently.
Chill.
