German Summer Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Strong chicken stock - hot |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - minced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Black pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Oil |
10 lbs | 4540g / 160oz | Potatoes - cooked and sliced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh parsley - chopped |
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve at room temperature. Note: the chicken stock can be homemade or canned, but fortified with a Minor's type chicken base or bouillon to give it intense chicken flavor.
The more intense, the better the salad.
